Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira, born in Campinas Sao Paulo on May 26 in 1978. She is an actress known for Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed to The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime by March 2020. She currently works as an analyst in charge of the Assassination Witness project as well as an integral member of the G-TOC's multilateral engagement team. Her work at GI-TOC is focused on the assassination of people in contexts of illegal economies. The research area she is interested in is the effect of organized crime on the law, policies and law that pertain to human rights. Ana Paula received an LL.M.cum honors degree with a major in International Law, from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Also, she has an LL.M. as well as an MBA in International Relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor degree in magna cum laude Legal and Social Sciences by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Her experience as a lawyer includes four years of practice in a law firm that specialises in the area of public law litigation. Past experiences include assisting in roles with non-governmental agencies that are based in Rio de Janeiro or Geneva.
